PARKING ISSUES ON CONISTON ROAD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
Following numerous and significant complaints from residents living on Coniston Road and surrounding roads we, the Neighbourhood Policing Team, are undertaking positive action with respect to parking problems occurring on Saturday mornings.

NOTICE TO PARENTS
Over the past 18months both your childs school and the police have received numerous complaints with regards to the parking problems at this school, both in the morning (approx 0900hrs) and in the afternoons (approx 1500hrs).
The concerns raised are almost always connected to the safety of children, parents, school staff and local residents. There has also been concerns that emergency vehicles would have problems attending locations should the need arise.

OPERATION BEACH
Over the following few months the West Neighbourhood Policing Team will be running the above operation to target domestic burglaries and robberies at this time of year. We are deploying high visibility patrols in conjunction with other areas of the police service including the mounted section and air support with a view to targeting offenders for these offences.
