Barbara Smith otherwise known as 'Mrs Smith The Cake Lady'
has been making cakes since she was 7rs old.

The first cake she made was a Christmas cake for her mother:

'We never used scales just a cup of this and a cup of that... The cake was so moist, my mum still reminds me of the first real fruit Christmas cake I made. I still prefer a cup of this and a cup of that. I'm sure this is the reason why my cake's taste so good!.'

It's not just Barbara's mum telling her that the cakes she bakes are the best, because now they go all over the country from Wales to as far as Cambridge.

'I specialize in children's novelty cakes from the old fashioned Holly Hobby, Strawberry Shortcake to Disney and Tweenie characters....

The beautiful Cinderella in her big sparkling dress is a big WOW with the girls.
The boys love Pokemon, big race cars, truck's, Bob The Builder and of course football.'
